Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of ZAYN Property Services ("ZAYN," "we," "us," or "our"), including our junk removal, hauling, property cleanout, construction debris removal, appliance removal, and light demolition services in Miami and nearby South Florida communities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
ZAYN provides junk removal, hauling, property cleanout, construction debris removal, appliance removal, and light demolition services for residential and commercial customers. The specific scope of work for each job will be described in your estimate, work order, or written confirmation (collectively, the "Service Agreement").
Access to the Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and the items to be removed.
- Driveways, walkways, stairs, and access paths must be reasonably clear and safe.
- If access is blocked, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described, we may adjust pricing, reschedule, or decline the job.
- If we arrive and cannot safely access the property or items, a trip or cancellation fee may apply, if such a fee is part of your Service Agreement.
Items We Do Not Accept
For safety, legal, and environmental reasons, there are certain items and materials we may not be able to remove. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Hazardous or toxic materials (such as certain chemicals, solvents, or fuels)
- Certain types of construction or industrial waste that require special handling
- Items that are illegal to transport or dispose of under local, state, or federal law
If you are unsure whether we can take a particular item, please ask us in advance.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information below.
- Any cancellation or rescheduling fees, minimum charges, or notice requirements will be described in your Service Agreement.
- If we arrive at the scheduled time and you are not available, or the job cannot proceed for reasons outside our control, a fee may apply if such a fee is part of your Service Agreement.
